The upcoming rom-com K-Drama Dream to You has stirred up major reactions after revealing its first poster.

The drama tells the story of two individuals at different phases of their lives. Lee Jae (played by Hyeri) is a reporter who transformed from a fearless teen driven by dreams into an adult who feels like she has settled into a life of mediocrity. Su Bin (played by Hwang In Youp) is a film director who went from living a life meticulously designed by his parents during his teenage years to a free bird who made his wildest dreams come true by his 30s.

Since the drama’s poster showed both lead actors in school uniforms, netizens quickly inferred that the teenage versions of the main characters would be played by the same actors.

This realization brought about some hilarious jokes, especially directed at Hwang In Youp, who has played multiple high-schooler roles in the past few years, including in 18 Again, True Beauty, and The Sound of Magic.
