aespa Hit With Accusations Of Plagiarising LE SSERAFIM

aespa are in hot water after revealing a new set of concept photos for their upcoming studio album LEMONADE.

The images show the four members inside a futuristic, neon-green car, and fans were quick to notice the resemblance to LE SSERAFIM’s teasers for “Perfect Night.”

The HYBE girl group had a near-identical setup in their music video and concept photos, except their car was pink. The similarity was hard to ignore, and netizens did not hold back.

Some even claimed that this is supposedly not the first time aespa has been accused of borrowing from LE SSERAFIM’s visual concepts.

Whether the similarity is coincidental or not, the controversy is not great for aespa heading into what should be an exciting album rollout. Even more so following the scathing reactions their newly revealed snippet of “Lemonade” drew earlier today.
