According to JoongAng Ilbo, the arrest warrant application submitted by the Seoul Gangnam Police Station stated that Garosero Institute’s Kim Se Ui spread false information about Kim Soo Hyun for financial gain.

The police also noted that the suspect was aware that Kim Soo Hyun had not dated the late actress Kim Sae Ron in her minor years, and yet spread false rumors in order to defame him.

The reports also revealed that the text conversations presented as evidence were fabricated by the police.
