Gangster Streamer Dies In Horrific Accident During Live Broadcast

A male streamer known to have a background as an organized crime member tragically died in an accident during a live broadcast.

According to News1 on the 3rd, at around 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd, on National Route 25 heading from Daegu to Sangju in Seongdong-ri, Nakdong-myeon, Sangju-si, Gyeongbuk, a 3.5-ton truck rear-ended a bicycle and an escorting SUV one after the other.

As a result, A, a man in his 40s riding the bicycle, was brought to a nearby hospital in cardiac arrest, and B, the SUV driver, was seriously injured and also hospitalized. However, A ultimately passed away while B remains under treatment.

Among this, A is known as a famous internet broadcaster, adding to the shock. It was reported that at the time of the accident, A was live streaming a mission to travel by bicycle from Busan to Seoul in three days. The live stream was reportedly watched by about 150 viewers in real time when the accident occurred.

Additionally, A was riding on a designated bicycle path. Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, considering it to be caused by the truck driver’s negligence, based on dashcam footage and witness statements.
