Super Junior’s Shindong is drawing attention after revealing a dramatically changed appearance following his major weight loss.

On June 13, Shindong posted several photos on Instagram with the caption, “I had a proper time enjoying myself in Beijing~” along with updates from his recent trip to China.

In the photos, he is seen travelling around Beijing, visiting tourist attractions, trying local food, and enjoying amusement rides. He described the trip as a refreshing break.

I ate delicious food, went sightseeing, took photos, rode amusement rides. It’s been a long time since I traveled. I had a really fulfilling day.

What stood out most, however, was Shindong’s noticeably transformed appearance. He showed off a much slimmer face with a sharper jawline, a clear change from his previous image. The updated visuals quickly caught attention online, with fans reacting to how different he looks compared to before.

Shindong previously revealed that he lost around 37kg. He explained that he initially used the obesity treatment drug Wegovy as part of his diet plan, but later stopped after not achieving the expected results, even after increasing the dosage.

After discontinuing the medication, he fully shifted his focus to lifestyle changes. He stopped eating after 10 PM, cut out late-night snacks, controlled his portions, and committed to walking over 10,000 steps daily. Through consistent effort over roughly five months, he successfully lost 37kg.
