Non-fans are boycotting as well.
In November 2024, it was alleged that then-MADEIN‘s Gaeun was the victim of sexual assault at the hands of her agency’s CEO.

Initial reports did not name the idol, but hints quickly revealed the group’s identity. Shortly after, Gaeun exited the group, but more troubling signs continued to appear, including another member’s alleged harassment.
CEO Revealed To Have Repeatedly Confessed His Love To Other MADEIN Member
Since then, MADEIN has continued activities as a four membered group, with the Korean members remaining inactive. MADEIN initially returned as MADEIN S, but it appears that the two remaining Korean members may have been removed already.

Recently, MADEIN was announced to be attending SOUND IN COLORS: K-POP EXPOSÉ in Poland, alongside other Korean artists.

Rather that expressing excitement, many brought up the allegations made against MADEIN’s CEO. As a result, many, including fans of other groups, have demanded a boycott of the event.
ateez in poland is great but boycotting for the sake of madein and ikon is more important your morals should be bigger than your need to see a group that will come back
