On June 27, Mark attended an event for SISOD Rice Milk in Thailand. The event was previously scheduled before the idol’s departure, as NCT DREAM are official ambassadors for the brand, and was held as a solo event instead.
The idol appeared at the event wearing a white dress shirt, a blue vest, and blue dress slacks.

His appearance was met with some criticism due to comparisons to his former styling while in NCT DREAM. Some described it as “Mormon-like,” referring to the modest and plain way members of the Mormon Church (which is also criticized for a variety of reasons) dress.
