Popular Actor Admits He Developed Feelings For His Female Co-Star On Set

Actor Choi Daniel recently admitted that he had felt unexpectedly drawn to comedian Jang Do Yeon while filming a variety show with her.

In the latest episode of SBS’s My Little Old Boy, Choi Daniel was asked whether Jang Do Yeon had influenced his decision to appear on the program they worked on together.

He explained that he had already been a longtime fan of hers before they ever became co-stars. In fact, he liked one of her previous comedy programs so much that he had even paid to watch old episodes. Seo Jang Hoon then asked whether spending so much time together had ever made Choi Daniel’s heart flutter. After briefly hesitating, he admitted that it had!

Rather than pointing to one specific moment, Choi Daniel said the feeling came naturally while they ate and spent time together. He suddenly found himself thinking about how comfortable he felt around her and how genuinely good she seemed as a person. Although his confession immediately drew attention, the actor was careful not to affect Jang Do Yeon. Still, at Shin Dong Yup’s suggestion, Choi Daniel recorded a video message directly to his former co-star.

Do Yeon, I suddenly ended up leaving you this video message, but I was really grateful and happy that we became close while filming the program. Let’s get together sometime soon.

The hosts then asked the question that naturally followed his confession: whether he was currently dating anyone. The answer?
