A celebrity who appeared on a music competition program has been brought to trial on charges of cultivating marijuana.
The Government Joint Investigation Headquarters for Drug Crimes announced on July 22 that they had conducted an intense investigation into marijuana cultivation suspects from March 4 until recently over approximately four months, resulting in the indictment of a total of 12 people for violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Among them is known to be member A of a hip-hop group who appeared on a music competition program.
A is accused of cultivating three marijuana plants at home from May last year to May this year, and possessing about 155.9 grams of marijuana.
