Wanna One Reunites To Perform On “Kcon” Stage For First Time In 8 Years

Wanna One has officially reunited on the KCON stage for the first time in 8 years, giving fans an emotional full-circle moment.

The project group took the stage at KCON LA 2026 on August 14, marking their first KCON performance since 2017. The special stage featured nine members, with Kang Daniel, who is currently serving in the military, and Lai Kuanlin, who is focusing on his directing career in China, absent from the reunion.

The performance comes as part of Wanna One’s long-awaited reunion activities, which began earlier this year through their reality series Wanna One Go: Back to Base.

Fans erupted as the members performed their hit songs together once again, with many calling it one of the most nostalgic moments of this year’s KCON.

Although it wasn’t a complete 11-member reunion, many fans expressed gratitude that the group was able to reunite at all after years apart.
