She explained that this is the result of sticking to a strict diet and lifestyle routine. She said, “Only eating Korean food consistently. Since keeping the routine, the skin on my abdomen has become so thin that even the veins show on my stomach.”

She added, “Focus more on visual body changes rather than numbers.” This means she is concentrating more on the changes she sees in the mirror than the numbers on the scale.

Earlier, Choi Jun Hee revealed that during her battle with lupus, her weight had increased up to 96 kg. Since then, she has successfully lost a significant amount through consistent dieting and body management, and it is known that she currently maintains a weight of 41 kg.
