IU Called Out For Playing Coy Towards Popular Male Actor, Sparks Backlash

On September 2, a food truck company posted photos online with the caption, “On-site support for the Netflix drama ‘Solo Leveling’!”

The photos revealed that the truck was sent by IU for Byeon Woo Seok, the lead actor for the upcoming drama. The food truck company stated, “She generously ordered the ‘World Star set’.”

IU and Byeon previously worked together on the MBC K-Drama, Perfect Crown. Although the drama was embroiled in controversies regarding historic distortion, it seems the friendship between the two continues.

However, fans called IU a “fox” for playing coy with another male actor.
