Kwon Eunbi Divulges Surprising Back Story Of Purchasing A Building Worth Billions

Singer Kwon Eunbi revealed her exceptional side of carefully taking care of those around her.

On September 4th, Kwon Eunbi appeared on KBS Cool FM‘s Gabee’s Super Radio and shared stories about her daily life and values.

When asked, “What does loyalty mean to Kwon Eunbi?“, Gabee mentioned Kwon Eunbi’s unique affection for the people around her. Gabee said, “I heard she has great loyalty with her managers. They live in the rooftop room of a cafe building. She charges them rent lower than market price because she’s worried about burdening them.”

In response, Kwon Eunbi explained why her managers live in her building. She said, “We always work together for a long time, day and night, dawn and morning, and weekends. I wanted to make their environment a bit more comfortable. Two managers live on the second and third floors above the cafe.”

By providing space in her own building to her managers, she is thoughtfully taking care of not only the work environment but also their living conditions. Kwon Eunbi’s wish to make those who share her busy schedule feel even a little more comfortable came through clearly.

Gabee also brought up another heartwarming story about Kwon Eunbi. She said, “I saw it in a video. When Lee Si An appeared on Single’s Inferno, Kwon Eunbi lent her clothes, bags, and accessories. I also saw her congratulating a makeup staff member who passed an exam on YouTube. It showed she really takes good care of people.”

When praised as someone who takes good care of those around her, Kwon Eunbi calmly responded, “I think I have a desire to look after people. I guess it’s because I was a leader during team activities.”

Later, when the topic of retirement planning came up, Kwon Eunbi shared a practical thought. She honestly said, “I think I’m building it up from now on. I’m always thinking about it.”

However, when the survey result saying she ranked second as a “star who seems highly capable at asset management” was mentioned, she showed an unexpected reaction.

Kwon Eunbi said, “Not at all. I’m surprised to be seen that way. I’m not as sharp as people think. I give too much. I’m the type who gives a lot.”

When Gabee said, “Isn’t that also an asset?” Kwon Eunbi agreed. She said, “When I think about it, that might be true. Rather than asset management, if you open your heart and give, it might come back to you someday,” expressing her values.

At the same time, she showed a distinct interest in real estate. Kwon Eunbi said, “Realistically, instead of spending lavishly, I think about owning at least one real estate property. I visited a lot of sites, and the place I chose was Seongdong-gu.”

In fact, Kwon Eunbi’s real estate investment has drawn attention. She purchased a three-story building in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for ₩2.40 billion KRW (about $1.78 million USD) and currently operates a coffee shop on the first floor herself.
