Yoo Jae Suk Surprises With Unexpected Reason He Started Smoking

TV personality Yoo Jae Suk revealed the reason he once learned to smoke, surprising viewers.

On September 9th, You Quiz on the Block released a clip for episode 359. Actress Lee Jung Eun appeared in the video and had various conversations with Yoo Jae Suk.

In the video, Lee Jung Eun named Chow Yun Fat as her role model. She said, “In my senior year of high school, I was obsessed with the film A Better Tomorrow. My friend and I both admired Chow Yun Fat so much that my friend went on to study Chinese language and literature, and I pursued theater and film.”

After hearing this, Yoo Jae Suk said he was also a fan of Chow Yun Fat and revealed that he used to smoke. He said, “I was supposed to learn something else from Chow Yun Fat, but I ended up learning to smoke,” adding that he has since quit smoking.

Following that, Lee Jung Eun reflected on her eventful life. She confessed to having run a theater company, which resulted in a ₩50.0 million KRW (about $37,300 USD) debt after a failed production, and having to work multiple part-time jobs to repay it.
