A popular beauty creator shared her recent success in dieting without exercising.
Recently, a comparison photo of body composition results from one year ago and now, with the caption, “One year with Mounjaro today,” was posted on Instagram by SSIN.
She also shared her worries while taking Mounjaro, saying, “I didn’t exercise at all, so I wondered if my body had gotten worse. What happened to my visceral fat that hadn’t dropped for 20 years no matter how I dieted?”
However, the public body composition results showed significant decreases in weight, body fat, and visceral fat.
SSIN also said she maintained a protein-focused diet for one year. She added, “I think I need to start exercising now” and “I’m thinking about how to maintain this progress well.”
SSIN is one of the first-generation leading beauty creators. She recently appeared on the Coupang Play variety show Just Makeup.
