Beloved K-Pop Group Shock With Disbandment Just After Announcing Comeback

It appears that the girl group UNIS has been disbanded.

In a statement posted on F&F Entertainment’s X account, the company announced the group’s contract termination.  The company asked fans to support the group even after their final activities as UNIS were completed.

This is F&F Entertainment.

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank all the EverAfters who have given UNIS endless love and support, beginning with SBS’s “Universe Ticket” and continuing from their debut in March 2024 until now.

After two years and six months together with fans’ love and support, we would like to inform you that UNIS’s exclusive management contract with our company will come to an end on September 26, 2026.

The company and the members have continuously discussed the contract period and the direction of their future activities. After sufficient discussion, we have ultimately decided to conclude UNIS’s official activities as a full group in accordance with the originally scheduled contract period.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the members, who have poured their passion and sincerity into creating countless stages and precious memories under the name UNIS. Although their official activities together as UNIS will come to an end, our company will sincerely support the members as they stand at new starting points, continue pursuing their dreams in their respective places, and grow further.

Above all, UNIS was able to exist as they do today thanks to all of the EverAfters who have always stayed by their side.

Once again, we would like to deeply thank all the fans who created an unforgettable, almost miraculous journey together with UNIS. We ask that you continue to give your unwavering love and warm support to the members as they embark on new challenges moving forward.

UNIS debuted in March 2024 following the survival show Universe League, making history as the first K-Pop group with a Filipino line. On September 21, it was announced that the group would return with the digital single “Milky Way” which will serve as their final release before disbandment.
