SHINee Taemin’s U.S. World Tour Dates Become Uncertain, Triggers Frustration

Recently, SHINee’s Taemin posted an important notice regarding the U.S. leg of his world tour, LiMiNaL.

They revealed that they have decided to postpone the North American tour dates due to the “ongoing uncertainty surrounding U.S. visa and related administrative processes affecting key touring and production personnel.”

With no clear timeline of when all staff will receive their visas, they will issue refunds for the currently scheduled tour and will announce new dates and venues soon.

International fans who were looking forward to the tour were frustrated at the government for making visa issues difficult.

The incompetence from the U.S. government has truly taken things too far at this point

But seriously: having AEG supporting this tour + a new agency who already have a U.S. arena tour under their belt shows that the visa situation is truly awful in America

[Admin Note] Our admin team is also in shock and is currently discussing what to do about the situation. We had a lot of things planned for this tour that we now have to make decisions on what to do about. Please be patient with us this week while we work it out 💔

to anyone upset, this also happened to dan and phil who had to reschedule their first few tour dates due to their visas not getting approved in time. it isn’t taemin or even the company’s fault, it truly is just our government making the process extremely annoying/difficult 🫩
