IU’s Bestie Expresses Concern For Her Love Life And Dating Style

Singer and actress IU‘s close friend Yoo In Na expressed realistic concerns about IU’s love life and dating style.

On the 29th, IU and Byeon Woo Seok, who are currently co-starring in the MBC drama Perfect Crown, appeared as guests on Yoo In Na’s radio show Yoo In Radio and shared various stories.

The three of them played a balance game on the topic of “Which type of partner is more difficult to date.” The options were divided between the “blank-minded type” who goes along with everything and the “alarm clock type” who plans every minute.

When IU chose the alarm clock type partner, Byeon Woo Seok jokingly asked, “Do you like it when it feels suffocating? Like being rushed with ‘We have to go now, now’?” IU smiled and said, “If the partner is blank-minded, I think it would be exhausting to do all the preparing. But I’m good at adapting to the other person, so that type would seem cute too.”

However, Yoo In Na, overhearing this, responded firmly, “Don’t be ridiculous.” She pointed out, “IU always follows whatever is suggested, but it’s to a dangerous extent. Even when she’s completely drained, she doesn’t signal it and keeps accommodating until she collapses,” drawing laughter. She then gave practical advice: “You should just pick the blank-minded type. Don’t get sick.”

IU also wavered, saying, “Now that I hear it, maybe the blank-minded type is right,” making the atmosphere burst into laughter.

Earlier, IU had revealed her dating philosophy on her personal channel, saying, “If you truly love, you don’t have to keep talking about love. It’s something deep in your heart.” IU has been publicly dating actor Lee Jong Suk since 2022, but rarely mentions the relationship.
