Popular Star’s “Corny” Clap Back To Live Vocal Criticism Sparks More Mockery

A recent interaction between a popular singer-actor and a netizen has gained attention online.

“Noeul” Nuttarat Tangwai, an actor who first gained popularity after appearing in the BL (boy love) series Love In The Air and later debuted as a solo artist, is currently on tour with his drama partner, “Boss” Patthakarn Thanasiriudom.

On October 13, the Mexico City date of the tour took place and featured the two stars doing a variety of things on stage, including performing musically. A video of Noeul performing his track “No Tickets For Haters” was posted by the tour’s management company on social media, where netizens reacted.

Amongst the various tweets, one criticizing his performance caught his attention, resulting in him commenting back. He also shared another tweet about the situation, repeating some of the same things he said in the initial reply.

Sometimes I want JoongDunk to be this fearless. However my babies are just too soft with their fans 😅

…others were more critical of his method. In particular, many pointed out his usage of AAVE (African American Vernacular English), along with viewing it as unprofessional.

relax S2, you’re corny and you can’t rap. Who wouldn’t be living their best life w/have a bunch of dick sucking sycophants deluding you into thinking what youre doing is “skill”. building on your neck lmfaoooo oh I’m sure

I love you noeul but wtf is ts😭? You can’t expect everyone to like you or your work? You as an public figure probably know this. Some people might love it, some might not and it’s completely okay. They might come here and talk shit but you should engage and entertain em.++
