Handsome HYBE Idol’s “Nasty” Hygiene Gives Fans The Ick

Another member of CORTIS has gained attention over their hygiene.

Since CORTIS debuted in August 2025, the group has remained a hot topic. While impressing many with their skills, the group have been involved in more than one “scandal” revolving around their behavior. Member Juhoon was called out over the state of his dirty sheets and bed, along with his room.

The group’s hygiene has also been brought up in general, including in the most recent incident.

Earlier this year, CORTIS released a video showing part of the behind-the-scenes process for their track “TNT.”

At one point, the group begin cleaning their dorm, and the bottom of James’ feet are shown. James, who is barefoot, appears to have a layer dirt on his soles turning them a darker color.

A video showing James feet at this moment, and another was shared on TikTok recently in celebration of James’ birthday on October 14 with fans commenting. Most joked about the group as a whole being “funky,” while expressing some disgust.
