A Korean star revealed that she struggled last year while going through a divorce, offering advice to fans as to how to overcome mental health issues.
On October 19th, Lee Yoon Jin took time to respond to fans’ questions through her Instagram story.
That day, a fan sent Lee Yoon Jin a message saying, “You’re amazing. I envy your wonderful life. I want to become strong too. I feel lost about what I can do.”
Seeing this, Lee Yoon Jin confessed, “Last year, I too had lethargy so bad that I struggled to get out of bed every day. But it all passes.”
Also, in response to another fan who said, “I’m curious how you take care of your mental health. Lately, I’ve been very lazy,” she replied, “I go with the flow. If I’m feeling lazy, I only do 80%.”
Lee Yoon Jin married actor Lee Beom Soo in May 2010. The following year in March, she gave birth to their first daughter, So Eul, and in February 2014, their second child, a son named Da Eul. However, the couple went through about two years of divorce disputes before announcing their consensual divorce this year.
