KATSEYE Reveals Reason Behind Show Cancellations, Fans Want Entire Tour Scrapped

HYBE girl group KATSEYE has been experiencing a tumultuous period while on the Wildworld Tour, with multiple shows being canceled consecutively.

The cancellations started with KATSEYE’s Detroit concert on November 3, with fans being notified about it just 30 minutes before showtime. On November 5, they announced two more performances—on November 5 in Chicago and on November 7 in Minneapolis— would be pushed back. All three of these shows are supposedly postponed, with later dates yet to be announced.

KATSEYE Postpone More Concerts, Fueling Calls For Full Cancellation

The latter cancellation notifications came from the respective venues first, which only attributed it to Megan’s health condition. It wasn’t until recently that fans got an official explanation from the group itself.

KATSEYE just updated fans through its official Instagram account that Megan is still recovering from a concussion, and hence, the shows had to be postponed. They apologized for the circumstances and promised to reschedule new dates for the affected venues soon.

Megan also shared an update through her personal Instagram account, adding that she was strictly advised by medical professionals to recover fully before returning to the stage to ensure her safety.

The news has left fans deeply distressed, amplifying calls for the rest of the tour schedule to be scrapped altogether.

that means the people who said they saw megan having to get taken to the hospital in an ambulance the night of that show were right but ofc the only thing everyone ran to spread & believe were the lies abt the girls being “hungover” or “going to the club after” 🫥

yeah those new dates are literally to make the profit they would lose due to this same said predicament.
i really hope megan gets better but i hope hxg realizes this is what happens when you exploit an already ill/injured individual to their limit.

Megan has a fucking concussion!!! Ffs HxG NEED TO STOP THIS TOUR IMMEDIATELY AND LET ALL THE GIRLS REST FOR A COUPLE MONTHS… if they were being truthful when they said their health our their number 1 priority then they would cancel this tour and all the activities this year.
