Actor Addresses Divorce Rumors Ahead Of His Wedding

A celebrity couple hasn’t even had their wedding ceremony yet, but they’re already fending off divorce rumors.

Chinese actress Xu Dongdong (also known as Raquel) and Hong Kong actor Terence Yin have confirmed plans to have their wedding in the near future, but that hasn’t stopped the rumor mill from running. The ceremony was originally scheduled for February 2026, in Harbin, China. Given the couple’s history, the rumors aren’t being pulled out of thin air.

Xu and Yin met while filming together in 2017, and they publicly confirmed their relationship in 2018. However, just a year later, they broke up. Four years later, in 2023, the ex-couple reunited, leading to their engagement in 2024. They registered their marriage in March 2026.

Yin has reportedly denied the claims that he and his wife had divorced, writing, “My feelings have never wavered from beginning to end.” He explained that the postponement of the wedding ceremony has nothing to do with his and Xu’s relationship; it was delayed because Xu’s uncle became gravely ill and passed away.

The couple doesn’t have a date set for the ceremony yet, but they are hoping to reschedule it for November 2026.
