Actress Reveals Bare Face After 7 Plastic Surgeries

On the June 14 broadcast of SBS’s My Little Old Boy, actress Kang Ye Won appeared with no makeup on, revealing her bare face and casual daily life. Wearing glasses and flushed with red, the actress surprises the cast with her refreshingly unguarded appearance.

After watching Kang Ye Won’s everyday routine, the show host Seo Jang Hoon reacted in shock and asked, “Is it okay for you to show this on air?” Actress Han Chae Ah, who appeared as a special host and is known to be close friends with Kang Ye Won, also commented, “She really let herself go,” while watching Kang Ye Won’s mother’s reaction in the studio.

The episode then turned to Kang Ye Won’s plastic surgery history, which recently became a hot topic after she revealed a noticeably changed image following surgery to restore her inner eye corners.

Kang Ye Won’s roommate was heard delivering a brutally honest comment, saying, “Out of all the faces I’ve seen over the past 21 years, this one has the highest level of completion. Now stop secretly getting plastic surgery.”

Kang Ye Won then fired back, “I got the inner eye corner surgery because of you,” while opening up about the full story behind her seven plastic surgery procedures, leaving her mother visibly flustered as she watches from the studio.
