BLACKPINK member Jisoo has left fans heartbroken after a clip of her crying while interacting with BLINKs (BLACKPINK’s fanbase) surfaced online.

The incident occurred on August 8, KST, the day BLACKPINK celebrated their 10th debut anniversary.

Despite being such a milestone moment, many fans felt that this anniversary event didn’t get the importance it deserved. Dispatch also reported that all the arrangements for the celebration were hurriedly done by YG Entertainment at the very last minute.

As fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the anniversary plan, Jisoo was the only member to not only pen an apology letter to them but also directly address their sentiments during the short live broadcast the four members held on the day of the event.

When the members were leaving the venue at the end of the event, they interacted with many of the fans, even from inside their cars. Jisoo, in particular, was seen receiving gifts and letters from them, while she suddenly teared up and broke down for a brief moment.

This clip left many shocked, since it is rare for Jisoo to be so vulnerable in front of fans. Some speculated that her pent-up frustration over the anniversary event was probably the reason for her crying, while some also feared that it might be indicating a possible disbandment.
