BTS’s V Takes A Strong Stance On Former Military Colleague’s Videos About Him

BTS member V has put an end to all speculations and taken a stance about his former military colleague sharing stories about their time in the service.

Recently, an Instagram user named Kim Ki Tae gained significant attention after revealing that he had served in the military with V and sharing stories about the idol’s time in service. While his stories initially received positive responses from fans, eventually, criticism also piled up, with many accusing him of using V for attention and views. Amid the mixed reactions, Kim posted a “final video” talking about the idol, acknowledging the criticism.

V then left a comment under Kim’s post, encouraging him to keep sharing more stories. However, many found his comment ambiguous and interpreted his tone as sarcastic.

He addressed Kim directly, acknowledging the criticism while also mentioning that he himself enjoyed the stories. The idol then urged Kim not to let every comment or criticism get to him, pointing out that it was just a matter of a different perspective.

The BTS member went on to offer encouraging words to Kim, calling him the “ace” of their platoon. He playfully consoled his former colleague, arguing that it would be difficult for outsiders to fully understand the experience they had in the military together.

Regardless of what anyone else says, you were definitely the ace of our platoon, and I truly enjoyed the time we spent serving together in the military. In fact, I think it might be difficult for anyone who didn’t actually live through that experience with us to fully grasp everything we went through and felt. You’d agree with that, right?

I love how Tae handled this. So sweetly clocking the ones attacking his friend. While he could see why they misunderstood the intent, he was clear that he was on his side.
The fact that he even had to make this comment should embarrass the ones it’s aimed at.
