A young girl group has sparked the interest of netizens with their unexpected take on dieting.

The girl group in question is AtHeart, a seven-member ensemble under Titan Content.

Recently, a clip featuring six of the members (minus Aurora, who was on hiatus) surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), where they were interacting with fans by answering their questions. One of the questions asked them about dieting tips, with the fan mentioning that they couldn’t fit into their skirt and hence wanted to lose weight.

Bome immediately responded, “Just get a bigger skirt, girl,” causing the rest of the members to break into cheers of approval.

Bome continued, “Why are you only eating salads?” and Seohyeon joined in, forbidding their fans from following such a diet. Michi also echoed the same opinion, comforting the fan by remarking, “There’s nothing wrong with you. The skirt is the problem.”

The girls kept joking about the skirt possibly shrinking in the dryer when Katelyn dropped her pearl of wisdom, stating, “Stress is the real enemy.” In the end, all the members arrived at the conclusion that dieting was unnecessary, encouraging their fans to stop worrying about their weight.

This clip has gone massively viral on X, amassing over a million views in a day. Netizens seem to be pleasantly surprised by AtHeart’s refreshingly mature take on such a sensitive topic as dieting, especially since all the members are still teenagers.
