Haha’s Daughter Savagely Plays With His Feelings After Overcoming Rare Disease

Singer Haha was moved by his daughter Songie’s rapid growth.

On the 23rd, a video titled “A Han River Date with Songie, Who’s Already an Elementary School Student” was released on the HAHA PD YouTube channel.

Haha enjoyed a date at the Han River with his youngest daughter, Songie. He gave her a ride on the back of his bicycle and had a fun time riding together.

To help improve Songie’s cycling skills, he also had her practice on her own. Moved by how well Songie was doing, Haha covered his mouth with his hand.

Riding the momentum, Haha encouraged Songie by saying, “If you practice more, you’ll be able to ride on the road,” but Songie quickly changed her mind with a laugh, saying, “No, I want to eat now.”

Afterwards, the father and daughter spread out a mat and ate the packed lunch Haha had prepared. Haha asked Songie, “Isn’t it nice coming out with Dad like this?” but Songie firmly replied, “No.” When Haha felt a bit disappointed, Song Yi quickly added, “It’s not just nice, it’s very nice,” keeping Haha’s emotions swinging.

Haha said, “Suddenly I melt. Why do you mess with Dad? My heart drops with just one word from you. You have no idea how much I cried when Songie was riding her bike earlier.” His vulnerability struck a quiet chord of emotion.

Meanwhile, Haha married singer Byul in 2012, and they have two sons and one daughter. Their daughter Songie was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare disease that weakens muscle function, but she has now fully recovered and received much support.
