Two HYBE idols have sparked a major discourse on social media after appearing in a TikTok together where they supposedly made a reference to NewJeans.
The TikTok in question features Sunoo from ENHYPEN and Wonhee from ILLIT, where the two are seen taking turns dancing to the iconic song, “Tell Me” by Wonder Girls.

Given that this video is one of the rare moments of the two HYBE idols interacting in a candid manner, it soon went viral. However, many NewJeans fans were taken aback by it, as they noted that the pair seemed to be dancing to NewJeans’ viral version of the song’s intro at the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon.

When some fans pushed back, pointing out that the moves used in the TikTok were taken from the original “Tell Me” choreography, NewJeans fans pointed out that those specific combinations of moves were used by NewJeans for their Gayo Daejeon performance and differed from the original intro.
