Korean Actress Shocks With Unfiltered Reveal Of Belly Fat And Diet

A Korean actress succeeded in a 2-week diet, shocking viewers with an unfiltered reveal of her belly fat while documenting the process.

On September 2nd, a video titled “A brutally honest real diet video” was uploaded to the YouTube channel Bangga Family.

In the video, actress Go Eun Ah appeared wearing a pink bra top and leggings. Her mother, seeing this, was surprised and said, “It’s a huge relief that you haven’t gained fat on your upper arms.”

Mir, originally from the group MBLAQ, announced that he would start dieting together with Go Eun Ah, his sister. Go Eun Ah confessed, “My belly is from all the drinking. I don’t eat snacks and I like vegetables,” revealing her concern about side belly fat.

Go Eun Ah lost weight to 57.6 kg after two weeks, surprising everyone. Mir added, “We were supposed to do it for a whole month, but it was only two weeks. Since my sister was losing too much weight, I thought it was too much, so we brought the result forward.”
