Korean Star Gains Attention For Zero-Cost Maternity Photos

A Korean star has gained attention by sharing zero-cost maternity photos. Preparing to become a mother at 42, she expressed her excitement for the upcoming birth with cheerful poses alongside her husband.

On August 27th, Lee Hee Kyung posted several photos on her social media account with the caption, “Self maternity photos part 2 taken at home. Shooting cost 0 won! Saved some money!”

She added her satisfaction, saying, “I was wondering whether to book a self-studio before shooting, but it seems like the photos came out well even at home.” Regarding how she took the photos, she explained, “I set up a selfie stick holder and took them.”

She already decided how to use the money saved on the photo shoot. Lee said, “I’m planning to buy one more baby item with the money I saved,” proudly showing her frugal side as an expectant mother.

In the revealed photos, Lee Hee Kyung used various spots inside her home to take the maternity pictures with her husband. The couple enjoyed their happiness before the birth by holding ultrasound images with playful expressions or kissing each other’s cheeks.

Lee’s creative use of her pronounced baby bump also stood out. She decorated her belly with colorful ornaments and wrote phrases like “D-70” and “Baby ♡ Here!” herself, creating a cheerful atmosphere. Wearing a black bralette and pants, she naturally captured the beautiful curve of her maternity silhouette.

Born in 1984, Lee Hee Kyung officially debuted in 2010 as a KBS 25th class public comedian. She once drew attention by losing 32kg on the “Health Girl” corner of Gag Concert, which focused on dieting.

Lee received many congratulations after announcing her natural pregnancy 10 years after marriage. She is expected to give birth to a son this coming November.
