Popular Actor’s “Mansplaining” Remarks Towards Co-Star Triggers Backlash

This supernatural historical drama is about a ghost hunter and a court lady teaming up to unravel the dark mysteries surrounding the Prince.

In particular, a video clip of Nam Joo Hyuk’s remarks on the show garnered over a million views online.

While talking about how one of his colleagues that he met during the military was far away, Roh Yoon Seo asked, “Why is he far away?”

To this, Nam Joo Hyuk replied, “The military is not just people from Seoul.” After hearing this, Roh Yoon Seo was taken aback. MC Jang Do Yeon added, “Of course she knows that! She graduated from Ehwa Woman’s University!”
