SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu Faces Criticism, Dating Rumors Over Interactions With Back-Up Dancer

Recently, discussions surrounding SEVENTEEN and their stage performances have surfaced on social media.

Some fans have complained about the number of dancers and how the group interacts with them. This includes a dancer allegedly going bra-less around the idols while performing, fueling backlash.

Mingyu’s own interactions with a specific dancer have also been questioned, with some pointing out Mingyu allegedly “singing” to her during a performance. A video showing Mingyu and a person appearing to be the same dancer walking together was also posted as “proof.”

While some flamed the idol over his alleged relationship with the dancer, others pointed out issues with the complaints, including a full video showing Mingyu with an entire group of people, rather than just the dancer.

Others also pointed out the misogyny directed towards the female dancers for just doing their jobs and being near SEVENTEEN.

Wtf are you even trying to insinuate here? There was a whole group of dancers and Mg even greeted fans while running? You’re a “fan” but haven’t seen the viral reel with tweets that had millions of views of course 🙄 pic.twitter.com/n0GgBy2fYs

i hope now korean japanese and chinese carats stop lying that they’re bothered by “the members being blocked during performances”. you’re not. you’re bothered about WOMEN being friends with seventeen and hanging out with them. you don’t care about no performance.
