Third-Gen Idol Goes Viral For His Treatment Of “Ugly Fan”

A fan’s first-hand account of their interaction with a third-generation boy group idol has left netizens deeply moved.

The fan in question left a comment under a skit video on TikTok that claimed that K-Pop idols treat fans differently based on how beautiful they found them to be. The OP (original poster) shared their experience, claiming that they once felt like “the ugly fan” during a video call fansign event. The experience was so discouraging that they cut the call halfway through.

However, according to the OP, their experience was drastically different with MONSTA X member Minhyuk who treated them very sweetly and even consoled them when they were crying in the call.
