“WTF?” — Popular Group Unfollowing Member Sparks Alarm And Confusion

Fans have been left wondering what exactly is happening with THE BOYZ.

Back in February, all members except New filed for termination of their exclusive contracts, and they were granted an injunction suspending those contracts in April. At the beginning of August, it was announced that nine members would be active under another company, though New’s status was unclear, despite his leaving the company later that month.

In early September, the nine members were announced to have signed with another agency, further confusing fans.

On September 17, fans noticed that the group’s members with Instagram accounts were no longer following New. Some members had previously unfollowed New on Instagram, but this update marked the remaining no longer following the idol.

Former member Haknyeon was also observed to have unfollowed New, which has made some believe that New removed the members as followers instead.

With either possibility, fans have expressed sadness over the group’s current status, while also wishing for a statement to officially clear the air.

I understand that anyway some things are none of our business and they don’t want to say anything… but damn here I think we deserve even a little explanation because my question is was it them or does he have sb the others and the account? We deserve an explanation

to be honest, the way i see it is that chanhee has completely dissociated himself from tbz and is now 100% solo. As upsetting as it is im ready to just accept that they are not together anymore :/

No official departure notice, Chanhee left with no clarity. I just can’t get it. He’s out of his agency contract, so what’s holding things back? Months ago he said he’d keep doing TBZ. Did he truly leave on his own because he got so hurt? I can’t wrap my head around it.
